Please select the country you wish to call to and the card value to see the rates offered by IBNtel. In order to benefit from these rates, you will first need to sign up for the Post-Paid Phone Card Service. After you sign up, you will receive an access number and a PIN. This access number can either be a toll free number (which can be used from most phones in the US) or a local number. The long distance rates when using the local access code are usually lower than the rates offered when using the toll free access code. After the activation of your phone card, you will then be able to make phone calls from any phone in the USA and Canada by dialing the access number provided and then entering your PIN.
