the provider cancels it because of non-payment, you will
be billed for an early termination fee. This fee varies

phone you received with your contract. As a rule of thumb,
most carriers charge an early termination fee in order to
offset the cost of the free phone and other benefits that
they gave you as a condition of your contract.
