Although IBNTel tries to keep their rates as long as possible,
it sometimes becomes necessary to adjust the prices, usually
because their cost of connecting the call to the network
increases. When this happens, the changes will be posted
to the website.
IBNTel will not make any notifications to its customers
for rate changes since everything is posted on the website.
It is up to you as the customer to be sure that you check
in periodically to see if there have been any changes. Do
not assume that because the rtes have not changed in three
months that it isn’t going to happen because that
is the time you will be surprised to find that you are getting
less for your money than you previously did. It’s
important for you to keep up to date on the rates to the
destinations that you call so that you won’t make
the mistake of thinking you have more time on your phone
card than you do.
Another reason to keep up to date on the changes to phone
rates is to prevent a surprise when you receive your long
distance bill. Perhaps last month your bill for long distance
service was $100, so you assumed this month it would be
the same because you talked to the same person for the same
amount of time, give or take a few minutes. The problem
is, the rates changed, and you didn’t know, so your
bill is now $105. It is certainly not a big difference,
but if you make more calls than that, it can make a big
difference in your bill.

to make a point to visit the site regularly so that you
have the most current rates to frequently called numbers.
